Reflective learning and personal development are essential features of the programme, to be achieved through completion of the Personal Development Record. The workshops are highly participative and based on the following principles;

In between the workshops delegates will be expected to complete action plans based on some of the aspects covered and which relate to individual and business improvement issues.

Each delegate must complete to a national standard:

Programme Mentoring

Each person on the programme will receive three mentoring sessions lasting up to an hour per session.

The purpose of the mentoring sessions is as follows;

Company Mentoring

The programme encourages senior management to be involved in supporting the development of the individual by helping to mentor, identify individual learning and performance objectives, monitor progress and reviewing individual contribution to business improvements.
